B.A.N. was a short lived project between Helen Banks and myself, Andy N who recorded the following EP over two sessions in March 2005 and November 2005 in-between longer sessions for M.A.N.

Helen was Andy’s partner during the first session and at one point during the recording of the second session we came close to dating. She moved to Milan in 2007 leaving these few tracks behind with me.

Replaying them, it is a shame from a music prospect we never did any more tracks as although the music is quite similar to what I was doing with M.A.N., Helen’s delicate tones take it in a very different direction indeed with giving the ambient drones / breakbeats a very different feel.
