Internal Conflict was the first full length D.I.H album which originally came out on Hallo Extrenico back in 2004 and took the better part of two years to write and record including when D.I.H became a three piece band when Clara (UK Dragon) became a third member of our group.

After doing three EPS / Singles, all of which was all well received , Internal Conflict was a conscious decision to sit down and write a full length album to try our sound further.

If my memory was correct, there was over 40 tracks from which 16 tracks were selected (14 on the reissue) where between the three of us tried out all kinds of technology, plug ins, beats, mashed up vocals all held together by my vocals producing in parts one of the most brutal albums I have ever being on.

A few notes about a few of the tracks:

Laura, it was really nothing was about a memorable night out with my works.

Indecent Sacrifice is about unsolved murders as of typing in 2004 when the album was recorded which as society we should do more to solve and sort out.

The Game Part 1 and Part 2. The music for Part 2 is actually a remix of Part 1 where I in error hit a plugin on it instead of mastering and it threw out this incredible burst of experimental music which then got saved and used for Part 2.

Lotta Contina is for Vini Reilly. The struggle carries on you know.
