The last recorded full length Distance release is the joint EP release "Music without words / Voices in the Mix"

Originally slated for release over two singles / Eps with 'Music without Words' being recorded in 2008 (and released originally on Hallo Extrenico) and Voices in the Mix slated to follow later in February 2009 but remained unreleased until now, the two singles are companion pieces of ambient / noise with vocals mixed into one of the releases, and then left out of the other mix to highlight the difference between the vocals and the lack of vocals in tracks.

For its release in 2021, it was decided that the two EPs deserved to be released together as a album to bring the project to its natural conclusion (although Distance is still active with Christmas tracks on almost a yearly basis for DIH & Friends @ Christmas and is always open for a remix or two if requested).

It is also worth noting that Tony was back for this final full release in the processed vocals bringing the project full circle.
